Gifting Cases: Telecine

Maleficent Press Kit

In order to communicate the premiere of Maleficent (the live-action film starring Angelina Jolie and produced by Walt Disney Pictures) on Telecine network, we produced a press kit for journalists, opinion makers and professionals in the advertising market, trade and in-house.

The press kit consisted of a beautiful book, with an antique and mysterious look and a false bottom. Inside the book, a DVD of the movie and a toy simulating the character, with two faces: normal and summoning mazes of thorns. The duality of Maleficent was also printed just above the bottom of the book, with the phrase “Every story has two sides”.

The color palette used in it was based on the tones of the movie: Maleficent wears purple, turns green when she transforms and black is the predominant color on the set. Besides being decorative and irresistible, it was a highly exclusive material.

Minions Press Kit

To announce the launch of the movie Minions on Telecine network, we produced a fun and functional press kit. The material was composed of a yellow thermal bag, an explanatory card and six bananas representing the movie characters.

The intention was to promote a relaxed experience linked to the plot of the movie in an original way. We took advantage of the fact that the characters’ favorite fruit is similar to the Minions themselves to customize it. The card brought some information about the movie and a quick recipe for banana ice cream!

Comic Con Press Kit

At the request of Telecine network, we put together a geek press kit to promote the Comic Con Experience (a Brazilian pop culture event along the lines of San Diego Comic Con) by addressing four main areas of the industry: games, comics, movies and TV. The kit consists of a cube, the main logo of Comic Com 2016, a card with a ticket for the event and a mug inspired by the movie Deadpool.

Telecine Survival Kit

In another partnership with Telecine network, we prepared a survival press kit for the ‘end of the world’. It contained thermal canteen, glow stick, compass, rope, raincoat, pocket knife and some survival tips.

Telecine Popcorn Machine

In order to bring more tranquility and fun when watching a movie, Telecine asked us to create a layout for a popcorn machine. The idea was to create a press kit for journalists and influencers with the popcorn machine inspired by the channel’s own layout.

Gifting Cases: Megapix

Megapix Channel Press Kit

In partnership with Fom de Acessórios Conforto e Bem-Estar, Megapix Channel requested us to create personalized gifts to present some digital influencers. We came up with an idea to send a ‘representative’ of the Channel to hug and greet people, like Karol Pinheiro, from Capricho magazine.

Besides a huggable mascot, we designed a t-shirt with hashtags highlighting the main movie genres and, in the end, #amomegapix (#ilovemegapix). Together with the treats, a lovely card from Megapix explained the action, congratulating the influencers for their work.

Popcorn Bucket and Cushion

The Telecine network, together with Megapix, requested us to develop a promotional action. We had the idea of combining a cushion to support the popcorn bucket and two glasses, in order to bring more comfort when watching a movie.

In addition, a popcorn bucket inspired by the channels’ layouts was also part of the combo. Besides making the moment of fun even more comfortable, the customized items added a special charm to the environment.

Media Professionals Survival Kit

At Media Professionals Day, celebrated on July 21, we developed a ‘media survival kit’ at the request of Globosat Play. The kit included a Mason mug from Aladdin and a lunch box from Rampazzo, both exclusively customized for the campaign. We associated several moments of the day with famous programs from the network’s channels.

The ‘rango time’ made references to GNT Play, the fitness moment mentioned SporTV Play and entertainment was on Multishow. Other daily moments also referred to Globosat channels and programs. The media survival kit came packed in a beautiful box and had many functional and personalized items, besides being a fun and very creative proposal!

Year-End Gift

To celebrate the end of the year 2016, we partnered with Globosat again: we created a year-end gift consisting of a notebook, two pencils and personalized post-it notes. There were women’s and men’s notebooks options, fully customized, with the recipient’s name printed on them. The kit was a great success, because it was functional, exclusive and highly useful.

“Minha Mãe É Uma Peça 2”

For the release of the movie “Minha Mãe É Uma Peça 2” (My Mom Is A Character 2), two press kits were produced: one for fans and another for journalists and influencers. The kit aimed at fans was composed of a backpack and a glass inspired by the movie. The kit for journalists and influencers included a shirt, a shirt tube, a Moleskine notebook and a pen, also inspired by the movie.

The chosen color palette was based on the pattern of the movie poster and the main character was printed on some items, with a very cool pop art style!

Gifting Cases: Globoplay

Doctor Who

In order to publicize the next launch of the streaming platform Globoplay, we created a special gift to be presented to the company’s employees.

As the main character of the series often travels through time, we chose to play with the idea of creating a calendar, making a reference to the plot. The format could not be more original: we chose to portray the TARDIS spacecraft, which is shaped like a London police cabin.

Globoplay International Kit

To celebrate the launch of the platform in the United States, Globoplay decided to present some of the influencers who were invited to the premiere event.

The kit consisted of a pillow with a popcorn bucket base, two cups, a remote control holder and a cell phone holder. Besides, of course, a package that seemed to be made of wood, personalized with the brand’s logo and written on it “From: Brazil, To: You”. A perfect gift for binge-watching this novelty, isn’t it?
